The largest roll we tested was Costco’s Kirkland Bath Tissue—one of the largest, most popular mega rolls available. Mega rolls fit AchooBox. Mega XL rolls do not.

AchooCovers are crafted from a soft cotton/elastane blend that slips easily over the AchooBox. They’re fully machine‑washable and designed to maintain a smooth, tailored look with everyday use.

AchooBox isn't disposable, nor is it made from easily breakable plastic or another fragile material. It was intentionally built to last for years—making it the last tissue box you'll ever need to buy for your nightstand, coffee table, console table, etc., and without it becoming dated, because while the box remains, the covers can change.

Yes—when it's made with clean, minimal ingredients and has a soft, flexible texture. Sensitive skin reacts most to additives, such as dyes, perfumes, lotions, chlorine bleaching, or wet-strength binders, and to friction from stiff or rigid sheets. Many rolls are free of those additives and are designed to be soft enough for repeated wiping, which makes it comfortable for delicate areas like the face and body. Choosing rolls that are dye-free, fragrance-free, lotion-free, and gentle to the touch helps ensure they're suitable for a wide range of sensitive-skin needs. 

Wet‑strength agents are added to facial tissues and toilet paper to keep them from falling apart during use. They don't make them leak-roof, which is why we instinctively fold facial tissue in half or grab more than one sheet, or pull multiple squares to create enough absorbency. Facial tissues have a higher concentration of wet strength agents than tissue rolls, because they were originally invented to remove cold cream — the primary makeup remover from the 1920s through the 1960s.

Modern products like cleansing balms, micellar water, cotton rounds, reusable pads, and makeup wipes are how we remove makeup today. Most people use tissues for simple, everyday tasks like blowing their nose, wiping tears, fixing a makeup smudge, or cleaning up a small pet accident or spill.
